The challenge was clear: redefine the dialogue between people and systems in regulated environments. The goal: enable efficient, reliable interactions with PAS-X knowledge. All while maintaining compliance and ensuring global scalability. We translated access into an easy, approachable model.

Introducing K.AI for PAS-X users

We moved away from the traditional "Documentation + Hotline" model. Instead, we built an AI-first knowledge gateway. K.AI became the instant expert for PAS-X users, speaking the language of the shopfloor. It answers questions quickly and knows every detail of the system.

Designing trust through character

The avatar design was key. Friendly, gender-neutral, and deliberately non-human. These were purposeful choices to build trust. By making the AI visibly non-human, we created space for learning without breaking user confidence. When the system makes mistakes, users respond with patience—not distrust. The character design signals improvement and support, not perfection.
