The curved surface on the LEDs ensures that the signal is visible 24/7 during different installation modes. In addition, the modular design system facilitates a shared component platform making interchangeability easy, therefore simplifying global production drastically.
We studied and researched the installation process with Siemens to improve ergonomics. The “L” shape architecture allows the installer to rotate and fix the device in narrow spaces and at different angles. In addition, the specially designed grooves on the nut help for a more efficient rotation. The LEDs are created on a curved surface so that the status is visible almost 360°.
