Our product design offers a fresh and clever approach derived from gustatory insights. Food preparation, cooking, and the experience of creating something new from simple ingredients are and should always be enjoyable.
The solution? A folding handle made from high-quality plastic lies comfortably and securely in your hand. The blade is protected by a part of the handle that can be easily folded over and locked into place so it can be safely left on the countertop.
As all knives from WMF, has a premium & long-lasting sharpness, resistant to corrosion. Our goal for this FUNctional series was to create a product that would protect the knife’s blade from dullness through contact with cutting surfaces.
