Together with Hitachi-Johnson Controls, we are shaping a new understanding of air.

AirPure
From function to experience

AirPure demonstrates how air technology can evolve from a technical device into an emotional, lifestyle-driven product. By combining air purification, climate control, light, and sound into a single interface, the concept explores new value spaces at the intersection of health, wellbeing, and home ambience. Design transforms invisible air processes into intuitive visual and sensory feedback, creating differentiation through experience.

For Hitachi, AirPure represents a strategic step toward experience-led products that strengthen brand perception and support premium positioning.

“The professionalism of TEAMS, the problem solving approach, the great client service and the quality of the work make them the perfect strategic design company. Together we challenged ourselves in different projects and I am very grateful having them on board as a partner instead of a supplier. Thanks for all, TEAMS team!”

“Working with them is a real game-changer. TEAMS is not only the best product design agency, but they also manage to design products that speak your brand language.”

AirCloset
Integrating air into architecture

With AirCloset, we addressed a core challenge: integrating air conditioning into contemporary interiors without compromising aesthetics or ease of use. Embedded into cabinetry, the system stays visually discreet when inactive and deploys only when needed.

This architectural approach enables interior-driven product categories and collaboration models, while maintaining service access and performance. AirCloset expands Hitachi’s relevance in design-conscious residential markets and supports a more holistic view of air within the built environment.

AirHive
Scalable systems for dynamic spaces

AirHive translates air comfort into a modular solution tailored for flexible office environments. Independently controllable units allow localized climate control, adaptable layouts, and energy-efficient operation.

From a business perspective, the concept explores decentralized logic and modular expansion paths that allow systems to evolve alongside changing workplace needs.

“We are trying to create solutions that work harmoniously in all of the environments that you live in, play in, work in. It is how we take care of the air quality in these spaces.”
