By conducting thorough user research, including observations and interviews, we gained valuable insights: Young laboratory professionals want their laboratory equipment to be modern, intuitive and streamlined, not clunky and outdated.
These insights allowed us to introduce a compact frame with sleek curves that meets all stakeholder’s needs and preferences. Through ideation and 3D development, we brought forward features like capacitive touch buttons and an electromagnetic lock to the forefront, elevating the experience and hygiene standards.
