Within the Starter Package, tasks, requirements, and the objectives for the entire project are worked out together. This allows the scope and effort to be determined cost-effectively at an early stage.
1. Defining Principles of Cooperation and Setting Goals
At the start of the project, there is a detailed briefing in a strategy workshop, which is also used to joint the entire project and define the scope of tasks. Fundamental questions regarding responsibilities, the set targets, and the timeline of the project are clarified. At this time, everyone involved in or responsible for the project should be present to include all the project team's needs, create transparency, and ensure good communication within the project from the very beginning.
2. Understanding and Evaluating the Situation
We determine solutions methodically.
Based on user journeys, all touchpoints in the user's daily interaction with the product are presented on a timeline. This enables us to identify potentials and weaknesses at an early stage and to derive initial requirements and tasks.
With a user journey, the user's perspective is adopted to understand in an empathic way which needs of the user have to be satisfied and which expectations they have of the product.
3. Defining a Common Vision
Lay the foundation, analyze & define goals.
The product vision serves in particular about orienting the project team and about jointly focusing on a goal. It is based on the most important usage cases of the software and conveys the main functions, the context of use, and the look & feel within one or more scenarios. The result is an overall picture of internal and external communication.
