Very little attention is brought to the user - the “node” from which we’re gathering data. There is also a surprising lack of understanding about the quality of the data that gets gathered, which is linear to the quality of user interaction. Meaningful interactions provide quality data which in turn fuels brand success. Bad interactions breed misleading data, disastrous for a company.
