Our newsletter includes so-called web bugs that allow us to recognise if and when an email has been opened and which links in the email have been clicked by its recipient.
This data is stored by us so that we can best align our newsletter to the wishes and interests of our subscribers. Accordingly, the data thus collected is used to send personalised newsletters to each recipient.

Publication of vacancy announcements / job applications
If you are interested in a career at TEAMS DESIGN, you have the opportunity to apply online. If you would like to make use of this opportunity, we ask you for your first and last name, your telephone number and your e-mail address and, if necessary, whether you have a legal work permit at the place of work you want. All other data that you provide us with are voluntary information and depend on the scope or the type of application. We use all data collected by you during the online application process to verify your application for vacancies at TEAMS DESIGN and to be able to personally contact you as a result of your application and, if necessary, to initiate a possible employment relationship. If your application results in the conclusion of an employment contract, the data collected from you may be stored in your personnel file for purposes of normal organizational and administrative processes in compliance with appropriate legal requirements. For other purposes, your application data will not be used.

I understand that I can revoke my consent to the use of my application data at any time with effect for the future. To revoke an e-mail to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org is sufficient. Special charges (beyond the regular transmission fees of my Internet or telephone provider) are not applicable.
If we are unable to take your application into consideration, you will be informed of this after the application process has been completed. In this case, we will delete your application data at the latest 6 months after completing the application process.
