TEAMS Hamburg is looking for transportation design interns to join our diverse team.

Gain insight and support our team during diverse Transportation Design developments, ranging from components to full vehicles. Excellent sketching skills are a must for this position. The portfolio should include rough sketches that demonstrate your design thinking. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full time accredited school program. Fluent German is preferred, but not a must. Duration should be 6 months. Starts possible between August and September 2013.

Shanghai: Product Design Internship

TEAMS Design Shanghai's Summer internship positions have been filled, and we are now accepting internship applications for the Autumn internship (Sept to Feb 2014).

Requirements:

• + You have a good understanding of Rhino and 2D Photoshop renderings and well developed sketching skills to explore style and concept. Furthermore you had the chance to gather working experience in a previous internship or equivalent.
• + You are a motivated designer or design student and a good team player. Cinema4D, ProE und Illustration program skills are welcomed. Proficiency in English is required, Chinese, German or other languages a plus.

Shanghai: Sr. Product Designer

TEAMS Design's Shanghai studio is looking for a Sr. Product Designer to strengthen their creative industrial design team.

He takes main responsibility for projects from research to final 3D product design or beyond including client communication and team leadership.

A strong sense for int'l brands, the ability to understand consumers and create suitable innovative ideas are key.

We expect superior design skills to develop products that are exciting and consider the behavioral and emotional aspects of users. Together with the consideration of the latest design and technology trends, you work results are able to amaze both client and consumer.

Projects often include user interface and branding developments as well as technical solution finding.

The Sr. Designer should have excellent analytical and communication skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• + Manage, moderate and track projects of your own
• + Design products, product families, UI and branding strategies by yourself or in a team that you lead
• + Work closely with engineers, marketing and other team members on int'l projects

Shanghai: Sr. UX Designer

TEAMS Design's Shanghai studio is looking for a Senior User-Experience Product Designer to strengthen their creative team.

A Senior UX Designer has a deep understanding of human psychology and research methods, as well as competence in basics of product design. The key characteristic is the sense for usability and technology, the ability to understand consumers and create suitable innovative and logic concepts.
We expect design skills to develop UX design solutions that are exciting and user-friendly and according to latest consumer and technology trends, amazing both client and consumer.

Position Duties:

• + Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and conduct user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual prototyping, usability testing
• + Communicate effectively research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design logics both verbally and visually.
• + Product innovations or design product features catering to the user as well as incorporating client's marketing goals.
• + Work closely with developers, marketing and other creative team members on int'l projects
